We want Lumoral to work for you. If it does not, you should not pay for it.

If you never used it (14 days)

Changed your mind? Send Lumoral back within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the purchase price. We cover the return shipping.

If you tried it and it did not work (30 days)

If you have been using Lumoral for at least three weeks out of the first four, around five times a week, and you have not seen a meaningful change in your gum health, get in touch within the 30-day window and we will refund the full purchase price. We will ask for:

• A short note on what you observed
• A rough log of how often you used it
• A photo of your gums from before you started, and one from now

We cover the return shipping.

The reason for the usage requirement: Lumoral works on a biological process that needs repeated activation. Three weeks at roughly five sessions a week is the threshold where most people start to see a difference at the gumline. Below that point, the device has not had the time it needs. The photo set lets us see what happened in your specific case.

How to start a return

Email info@shoplumoral.nl with your order number. We will reply within two business days with the return address and confirmation of what to send.
