By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Lumoral products are manufactured by Koite Health Oy, Finland. Koite Health Oy also acts as our fulfillment partner for orders shipped from Finland.

2. Eligibility to Order

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms of Service.

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including due to product availability, payment issues, suspected misuse, incorrect pricing, or operational reasons.

4. Products

We aim to present product information as accurately as possible. However, colours, packaging, images, or product presentation may vary slightly from what is displayed on the website.

Lumoral is a medical device and should be used only in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in EUR.

The total price shown at checkout includes the product price and any applicable delivery charges shown before payment.

Payment methods available at checkout may vary. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

6. Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from Finland by Koite Health Oy and shipped to the Netherlands using PostNord Tracked Courier.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, incorrect customer information, logistics disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return your product within 30 calendar days from delivery by contacting us at:

Returns must be made according to the instructions provided by our customer service team. Return delivery is free of charge when using the return method instructed by us.

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and checked. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

8. Warranty

The Lumoral product warranty applies as stated in the user manual supplied with the product.

If you believe your product is defective, incomplete, damaged, or supplied in error, please contact us at:

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

9. Special Terms for Medical Devices

Lumoral is a medical device. You should read and follow the instructions for use supplied with the product.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the product if you have any medical condition, are unsure whether the product is suitable for you, or are considering changing an existing treatment.

Do not disassemble, modify, adapt, or misuse the product.

The product should only be used for its intended purpose. We do not guarantee that use of the product will achieve any particular individual result. If you experience any negative effects, stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income, profit, data, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer protection rights.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you understand that your personal data may be processed for purposes including order handling, payment processing, delivery, customer service, returns, warranty handling, legal compliance, and related business operations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers in the EU may have access to applicable consumer dispute resolution channels.
